In addition, I co-founded and served as the CEO of Preferhired, a candidate referral SaaS start-up, where I honed my entrepreneurial skills for several years. Prior to embarking on my professional journey, I earned a Bachelor of Communications degree from Towson University in Maryland and completed an MBA program at Argosy University in Tampa.
