I am also board certified acoustical engineer by the Institute of Noise Control Engineering (INCE Bd. Cert).

My primary responsibility was to evaluate customer applications for non-contact vibration measurements. My most notable accomplishment was successful project management of a PC-based measurement system for computer disk drive vibration.

I served as a sound & vibration engineer for the reactor plant design of the SEAWOLF- CLASS Submarine. My responsibilities included the evaluation of all design impacts on shipboard noise, developing component noise criteria and evaluating the need for quiet valves. My major accomplishment was the technical review of the military standard for shipboard noise and vibration testing (MIL-STD-740-1 & 2), which resulted in a major revision of these documents.
