During my time over here, I instructed a team of 6 personnel for process improvement, current state assessment execution, and client relations, resulted in improved quality of engagements and efficiency. Led working groups of various stakeholder groups to develop trust for project planning and strategic program management planning. I led the planning and execution of large scale current state evaluations for a cloud software execution at multiple sites. One project of note, I supervised a working group to develop a Rough Order Magnitude (ROM) for a joint current state assessment plan and collaborated with 2 other Govt agencies. I achieved the following:-Executed 2 groups of current state assessments; Group 1 covered 13 sites with staffing at 50% capacity, and Group 2 covered 23 sites with 750+ deliverables.

Here, I:• Provided updated processes, trainings, and structure to accommodate remote work.• Handled engagement and technical issues, while assisting customers.• Devised modifications to delivery process for current state assessments of priority processes to increase time for dependent work streams. • Empowered customers to conduct virtual site assessments and designed 4 role specific training to prepare clients for continuing operations within a virtual environment. Key Contributions:• Developed 19 workflows of critical processes to support 17 strategic improvements for key input to a business case analysis.• Conducted 20 client interviews and supported 6 workshops with stakeholders to identify 30+ areas for improvement, impacted by shortage of labor. • Reduced product development time by 60% through purgation of effective policy and eliminating waste. • Supported creation of joint current state assessment delivery framework for interagency project at several sites. • Instructed and trained team of 12 professionals to conduct virtual site assessments successfully.

Here, I executed a cloud-based business transformation platform to connect and centralize processes and increase productivity. I provided recommendations to C - level audience resulting in the acquisition of a new, cloud-based technology tool and additional process enhancements. I also designed team training procedures to train newly hired consultants for customer engagements and to make them better assets for their teams. One project of note, I conducted a current state assessment to analyze all HR processes and mapped out their future state in a new, cloud system. The outputs were used to calculate a return on investment (ROI) in people, process, and technology. The processes were also used to train staff and assist the training and change management work streams. Key contributions:• Created and implemented current state assessment for accounting and finance transformation through 75+ workshop and 400+ workflow deliverables to document company-wide operations. • Enhanced process for 25K personnel and clients by identifying readjustments of processes in an enterprise resource platform (ERP).• Coached and instructed 25 newly hired employees in client delivery and engagement. • Promoted from Senior Consultant to Associate within short time span of 19 months.

During my second overseas assignment in the rotational program, I supported a new, global pricing team and integrated and streamlined operations into a new customer resource management (CRM) tool. This project was an additional component of the company's global restructuring plan which replaced regional pricing teams with a centralized one in a global service center in Stockholm, Sweden.The results:• Decreased processing time by 50% and aligned operating procedures for cloud-based CRM platform to maximize client satisfaction.• Analyzed alternative pricing methodologies to better align with the market and completion. • Created custom quotes for a diverse assortment of cargo for ocean transportation by analyzing the market and researching historical data.

Selected as only 1 of 5 MBA students for this prestigious global leadership development program. • Led offshoring projects of accounting, financials, customer service, and SCM activities to a new shared services center in Bangkok, Thailand. Was main point of contact with all finance managers in Asia Pacific, offshored operations from Australia, Singapore, and Japan, developed offshoring strategy, and transition plan, in collaboration with executive leadership and key stakeholders.
