As Director, North America Family Office, Michael is responsible for strategies and market management for Citi's family office initiatives, working closely with bankers and families throughout North America and the globe. In this role, Michael serves as co-Director of Citi's Family Office Leadership Program, a unique multi-day gathering of c-level executives from leading family offices around the world.Michael joined Citi in 2005 from Ernst & Young where he collaborated with the Emerging & Growth Market group throughout the Pacific Northwest in addition to managing the Entrepreneur Of The Year (EOY) program for the region.

Directed the Northwest region of the firm’s signature marketing program, Entrepreneur Of The Year. Leveraged CEO relationships, leading to new business opportunities for the firm. Developed strategic design and implementation of a comprehensive marketing plan aligning long-term objectives of the Seattle and Portland offices. Performed analysis, screening and presentation of emerging and growth market clients to the Partners, resulting in a reduction of client turnover and risk.
