I have been a mortgage broker/banker in Florida for the past 40+ years. Self employed for the majority of my career I founded the largest for sale by owner mortgage company in the nation in1995. Operated Buy Owner Mortgage as it's President until 2002.From 2002-2005 I was the National Sales Manager of Real Estate Mortgage Network. A New Jersey based mortgage banking company I operated out of Florida building a national branch network.Left REMN late in 2005 and formed LoanWell America, INC, specializing in the emerging reverse mortgage market.In 2006 I founded the American C.E. Institute, LLC, which grew into one of the largest reverse mortgage education platforms in the nation.Joined Security One Lending in December of 2011 as their National Education Director.Formed Professional Mortgage Alliance, LLC in January 2015 which grew into a multi-licensed mortgage brokerage operation in 5 states.Specialties: An accomplished public speaker, published author and accredited to teach continued education classes, on the topic of reverse mortgages, to real estate agents, certified financial planners, elder care attorneys, CPA's and insurance agents.
