Specialising in Change Management has enabled me to work in a wide range of business contexts around the world, including telcos, logistics, aviation, SMEs, dairy, government and media. Challenges have included transformational culture change, supply chain related change, information systems and IT change, and organisation restructuring and business process change.I believe that change, managed well, delivers faster adoption and stabilisation, better people outcomes measured in terms of morale and productivity, and lowers overall costs to the business. As well as the application of good analysis, change readiness assessment, risk assessment tools etc, this relies on good leadership; shared vision and engagement with the hearts and minds of people. In addition to change management, I’ve worked with a range of businesses and teams to develop strategy maps and business plans based on a balanced scorecard approach. This balances strategic focus across not only growth of markets and profits, but on the enablers the business must invest in to achieve these goals. It provides the basis for transformational change, based clearly upon the internal and external values of the business.My experience in organisation development and HR has also brought opportunities to design organisation structures and the underpinning business processes.
