Launched the new Corporate Development function to handle M&A, strategic partnerships, and corporate venture investments. Responsible for end-to-end M&A lifecycle including board-level strategy planning, deal sourcing, target evaluation, valuation analysis, negotiation, deal structuring, due diligence, deal execution, and post-merger integration. Acquisitions played a key role in the process of evolving UiPath's product portfolio from RPA to broader Business Process Automation (BPA). Structured, pitched, and negotiated multiple 7/8-figure TCV customer deals and strategic partnerships with a particular focus on those involving new products added to the portfolio through acquisitions. Served as a member of the UiPath Senior Leadership Team comprised of the top ~1% of the most senior individuals at the company responsible for providing key strategic decision-making input to C-level Leadership Team.
