Manage trade account budgets and forecasts through while managing reps to service and delivery of Coffee to major account grocery chains.- Managed complete inventory and rotation of product from California roasting plant to routes warehouse-managed shrink, damage and inventory control-thru cycle counts and physical spot certified counts quarterly. - Positively impacts the ability of the sales team by leading, developing and motivating the team for maximum execution results to exceed sales and profit objectives. - Develop quarterly sales one on one with the sales team, operations and account team to plan out well thought out plans and goals for brand growth. Creates an engaged front line focused sales culture through prioritization of business partner’s capabilities, needs and acumen growth- Mange IRI and Nielson data to shift focus based on shared results quarterly.
