- Provide, coordinate and manage all phases of utility identification and relocation services, from initial review to final close-out.- Research and interpret existing utility agreements, licenses and easements. In coordination with the law department, enforce these agreements as necessary.- Work with utility owners to coordinate and manage information gathering and utility modification, as necessary. - Ensure the utility modification is completed in a timely fashion sufficient to allow project construction to begin on time.- Oversee and supervise multiple outside consultants, including Subsurface Utility Engineering firms, in performance of the utility relocation function.- Maintain close personal working relationships with and between all UP business units and more specifically the operating, engineering, law, construction, and government affairs teams.- Manage a utility relocation budget for each project in coordination with the engineering, construction, finance and law departments.- Perform project site inspections and participate in on-site project meetings as necessary.

Responsible for effective cost control during all phases of assigned Consumer Foods capital projects, to promote successful completion within appropriate cost. Validates that project estimates and Capital Investment Requests are prepared in compliance with policies and procedures. Collaborates effectively with other functions to ensure that project transactions and changes in project scope are made according to policies and documented standard procedures. Identifies and investigates project cost risks, proposes solutions and escalates appropriately. •Responsible for conducting analysis and providing clear, concise and accurate reporting of capital project budgets, commitments, spend, forecasts, and period cash flow projections, to enable effective decision making that ensures projects are delivered successfully within budgets.•Provides expertise to project teams regarding Cost Control procedures, and, in coordination with Finance, regarding Capital Investment and Fixed Asset policies. This position develops and maintains standard operating procedures (SOPs) and tools, designed to promote effective project cost control, and conducts training of other resources within Supply Chain Engineering and other interdependent ConAgra departments.•Interacts frequently with other functions within Supply Chain Engineering, and with members of other departments including Procurement, Finance and Operations.
