I plan and oversee our marketing strategy, conduct online seminars, participate in trade shows, and monitor several deliveries, among other tasks.Internally, my responsibilities include daily leadership, communication with internal stakeholders, product development management, budget preparation, customer invoicing, and overseeing financial reporting, among other duties.My extensive experience has equipped me with essential skills, notably the ability to navigate complexity and create opportunities with limited resources.
