About Michael Mark

Over the past 20 years, as a leader, talent developer and program designer, I've built and led learning/training, sales, and service teams of up to 20 direct reports as well as the processes and workflows that support them. During that time, I've designed, delivered and optimized dozens of leader, staff and customer learning programs, and have worked 1-1 with hundreds of leaders and others to support their growth. I've been a partner on leadership teams, served as an individual contributor and external consultant, have taught dozens of university classes, and have started several businesses of my own.
