I conduct and certify the annual property inventory audit for $7.5 million in equipment.I write statements of work for service contracts and oversee existing service contracts for our three CT facilities.I am the designated Grievance coordinator working with TSA headquarters officials in the National Resource Center. I connect grieving employees with designated management officials to attempt to resolve disputes. I am the TSA CT point of contact for EEO complaints and Workplace Violence allegations. I make all required reporting and oversee the investigation and follow through on filed complaints.

Manage a security operation with up to 90 on duty officers. Engage external stakeholders such as airlines, vendors and state officials. Team building, coaching and personnel development. Coordinate overtime and staffing. On site incident commander for transportation security related incidents. Responsible for workplace safety, broad range of human resources actions, process improvement and workforce engagement. Co-chaired LEAN Six Sigma project resulting in 10% performance improvement.

Monitored training of team members to achieve 100% completion. Participated in incident investigations and data collection. I provided constructive feedback while evaluating officers’ work performance.Continued to serve in the role of Assistant Training Instructor, Employee Advisory Council and National Advisory Council member.

Conducted transportation security operations ensuring the safety of commercial aviation by preventing dangerous items in baggage, cargo and on passengers from being transported onto aircraft. Operated advanced security technology and reported security incidents to lead and supervisory officers. Received a “Role Model of Excellence” rating by supervisors in the Performance Assessment system.Lead data entry effort for Performance Measurement Information System (PMIS) that resulted in more accurate and efficient data collection. I was responsible for training new data entry staff and coordinated entry issues with management officials. I received numerous awards for my work streamlining data collection and saving paper.As an On-The-Job (OJT) Mentor and Assistant Training Instructor, I mentored more than 12 newly hired officers and instructed monthly recurrent training classes for over 100 staff in groups of 6 to 15.Represented officers at the local Employee Advisory Council during two separate terms. As a member, I engaged with the agency's senior leadership in discussing workplace and security operations issues and made presentations to senior leadership on behalf of the NAC Training Subcommittee.
