I joined this international company that provided automation, archiving systems, and system integration as a Project Manager. In the role, I would work directly with TV stations and post-production companies to conduct on-site need assessments, develop system designs, equipment lists that worked within their budget, and schedules, oversee installation, and resolve change management requests.Also, I provided customer service and post-sale support to clients across the east coast.

I joined Spotlink in a newly created role as an Engineer to duplicate and distribute television commercials to TV stations along the East Coast.Shortly thereafter, AGT Broadcast Services acquired Spotlink along with another facility in New York City, and I was promoted to the Director of Engineering. In the role, I developed and built, from the ground up, two new facilities in Detroit and Chicago, including site selection, floor plan design on AutoCAD, hiring, training, procurement, installation, and testing.Additionally, I overhauled the engineering network and systems at the New York location and acquired a location in Los Angeles. When DG Systems purchased AGT Broadcast, I was leading a team of 4 engineers and 10 indirect reports and managing a budget of $2.5M. I was instrumental in doubling revenue to over $20M annually
