When I found Alianza Arkana in August of 2015, they were in need of someone with IT skills to tackle some problems with the old website and to assist with the development of the new website. What started out as a a short visit, eventually became a full year. A year in which I was able to contribute to the organization in many aspects.

Graduation project at TU/e in collaboration with FEI Company on the creation of magnetic iron depositions by means of Electron Beam Induced Deposition (EBID).Research on the potential of EBID as a direct structuring technique on nanoscale for magnetic materials, specifically Iron. Special attention goes to the surface processes involved in EBID, which under some conditions give rise to unwanted artifacts.

External traineeship in Melbourne. A collaboration between the University of Melbourne and RMIT University on the masking of a high energy proton beam by nano-apertures. The driving idea behind this research is the application of high energy protons in the fabrication of high aspect ratio structures by means of lithography.
