Interfaced directly with senior leadership to ensure identified adverse safety and regulatory compliance trends were addressed prior to negatively impacting core business strategies or goals.

Responsible for the design, implementation, administration and maintenance of all Customer Service Training Programs and the leadership of a team of over 35 training specialists. This function provided customer service training services, products, and support to over 25 stations including internal and external customer service representatives.
