Supported V-22 Osprey manufacturing; led tooling implementations and process improvements. Improved work instructions, SOPs, and BOMs based on work floor feedback. Implemented ECOs from design team through Teamcenter and the Boeing ERP system. Reduced new, highly detailed Catia drawings to practical work instructions for builds.

Provided customer-tailored demonstrations for Windchill PLM and related CAD products. Lead internal sales team training on Windchill. Managed, reviewed, and approved submissions to internal technical sales library.

Created and maintained work instructions, SOPs, and BOMs in Oracle ERP. Provided SolidWorks modeling support and training to engineering department. Conducted drawing review and contract review for new orders. Implemented raw material management plans to reduce overages and scrap costs. Designed and implemented ergonomic material handling carts.

At Boeing my team and I successfully redesigned the rotor craft assembly workflow to eliminate Foreign Object Debris (FOD). We also placed 2nd for World-Class Industrial Engineering Project Award.
