Area Director Facilities Management
CurrentResponsible to provide multi-site leadership and direction for facilities management and building operations and maintenance for Intermountain Healthcare. This person works directly with the Executive Director of Facilities Management in developing, planning, organizing, implementing, and managing compliant and efficient facilities operations. Reporting to the Executive Director of Facilities Management, this position oversees a business operation representing more than approximately $15 million in annualized consumable spend, and optimizing maintenance strategies for more than approximately 5,000,000 square feet of building space
