I am responsible for the overall Project Management, including Project Assessment, design initiation, direction and execution, creative team direction and management, and leading client presentations.🔷 Business DevelopmentI am the quintessential seller-doer, taking a project from initial vision to completion. I have to feel the space in order to understand what we are dealing with & begin to envision what’s possible. I ask questions – a lot of them. Our conversation leads to an understanding of not only how they intend to use the space, but also how they want to feel and experience it. Once tapped into that, I lead them on a journey of what is possible & articulate a resonant vision. 🔷 SustainabilityEnsuring that current needs are met without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their needs is one of my core values. Sustainability is integrated into every design solution & is never an afterthought. We incorporate only water-wise plants, water-efficient drip irrigation systems, & proper stormwater management.🔷 Aesthetic Integrity ManagementOversee the execution of the design/build projects to ensure the realization of the design intent, including responding to contractor RFIs & managing the change order process to maintain the approved budget.
