Current-Research and identify potential business opportunities aligned with the company's strategic goals.-Evaluate market trends and competitor activities to inform effective business development strategies.-Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.-Act as a key point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.-Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling and tailored proposals for potential projects.-Work with acquisition officials to identify customer objectives, priorities, and requirements and to position Company to win.-Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand the company's presence and identify new business opportunities.-Build a network of industry contacts and strategic partnerships.-Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and areas for business expansion.-Work towards and achieve established sales targets, contributing to the company's overall growth objectives.-Identify and qualify a robust pipeline of focused opportunities that align with company core capabilities-Prepare and present pipeline targets overview/status to Executive Leadership through regular pipeline meetings-Lead and assist with developing Request for Information (RFI), Market Survey, and Sources Sought responses, and in-person meetings and demonstrations.-Assesses capabilities, strengths, and weaknesses and is responsible for the development of capture strategies-Analyze and improve organizational processes, and work to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency-Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees, enforcing ethical business practices-Support the capture and proposal development phases of the opportunity lifecycle by providing customer insights, solutions support, color review participation, and proposal writing, as required
