Conduct accident/incident investigations and analysis, facilitate accident rereads. Attend safety meetings and participate in hazard identification and corrective action plan development. Deliver safety training to new employee safety orientation, occupational safety training topics, part-time to full time operator training. Monitor work sites for health and safety hazards and identify and assist in the development of mitigation for hazards. Perform job hazard analyses to determine appropriate personal protective equipment (hearing protection, respirators, etc.) necessary training, and/or procedural changes.
