- Organized transportation and services for delivering cell tower equipment for T-Mobile Modernization project on West Coast (Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Sacramento, San Francisco, and San Diego)- Maintained 99.9% delivery accuracy for correct materials and meeting scheduled times for deliveries- On start-up team for new customer Samsung for Sprint project- Author of the standard operating procedure for new material into inventory for Samsung project- Author of the standard operating procedure for RMA (Return Material Authorization) for Samsung project- Daily management of RMA process which requires material to age no longer than 14 days at facility. Material must be checked for defects and registered in SAP and either have it returned to available stock or shipped out for repairs- Single point of contact for all RMA activity in all warehouses- Point of contact for Samsung RMA manager- Advises/Drives Process changes- Address Volume changes with Samsung RMA manager and internal syncreon teams
