My goal as an Advance Planning Consultant is to help people discuss, define and record their specific funeral wishes long before the services, ceremonies and traditions are needed. These types of decisions are best made at a time before the need arises, when most of us think more clearly. Those who pre-plan allow their families to focus on what is most important for their journey through grief and healing. Advance Planning allows resolution of personal matters with a clear mind in a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. Those who make decisions in this manner take responsibility and control of their arrangements, eliminate their family’s guess work, personalize their service and lift the emotional and financial burden from their families.

Programming of data files for Direct Group’s largest Clients, including Credit One Bank. When I came to Direct Group, there was no Data Processing Department at the Fort Worth facility. I surveyed the parent New Jersey offices and implemented all software solutions that would be necessary to process data and provide production files for the New Jersey plant.

Programming for data files for Transcontinental’s largest clients including Bank of America. This processing averaged sixteen million records per month. When I came to Transcontinental, there was no Data Processing Department at the Fort Worth facility. I implemented all software and hardware considerations. I recruited all personnel for the department both for Programmer and Text Analysts. I assembled an efficient and effective team that gets the job done.

Supervision of Database, Processing and Text Analysts while working closely with Image Operations and Letter Shop personnel to meet client and internal deadlines. Training and review of new Analysts pursuant to procedures and software use to insure client satisfaction. My most noteworthy accomplishment while at Texas Direct was the leadership of the project to migrate our processing and text capabilities from a mainframe environment to a PC platform. My ability to lead and motivate a diverse team was instrumental to bring this task to a successful conclusion.
