Led by partners Tom Maggio and Michael Biordi, Proactive is coming off a year of tremendous growth, as the company continues to raise awareness about its unique compression software that was created by integrators for integrators and dealers."Day to Day Operations:• Work with Google Cloud API, and AWS API for cloud-based storage.• Support relationships with certified authorized dealers, reselling our solution to supermarkets, property management, hotels, cannabis cultivators, colleges, municipalities, hospitals, police stations, gyms, religious organizations, warehouses, and many more industries.• Operate and oversee several technical support employees to install, train, and troubleshoot with resellers and end-users. Provide training and documentation to all tech employees and managers. Work on product quotes with national sales reps.• Work alongside hardware engineer and production department.• Develop new technical and marketing strategies with business partners.• Review all budgets related to research & development and work with additional software engineers.

Developed a Cloud CMS application integrating with standalone DVR units for remote live/playback viewing. Centralize data, enabling synchronization of settings and connectivity for end users. Engineer server/client-side SQL-driven databases using TCP/UDP raw socket connections for monitoring, reporting, and alerting within DVR surveillance systems. Create server/client applications that centralize company data into SQL databases, handle complex sales data, and generate comprehensive reports.• Implemented an access control system, centralizing all panel data for efficient administration and management.• Oversaw 50 company-related email accounts, which involved configuring, securing, and maintaining functionality, ensuring efficient communication and access management.• Managed the domain server and oversaw all user accounts in the active directory to ensure network access, security, and user privilege maintenance.• Supervised the company website's content, primarily utilizing HTML, CSS, and PHP for development and maintenance.• Assisted clients in resolving issues related to software functionality.
