My main areas of specialization are employment law (Certified Specialist SBA Labour Law) and commercial litigation. I am admitted as an attorney to the Geneva Bar (Switzerland) since 2002, as an attorney to the New York Bar (USA) since 2007, and as a Solicitor (non-practising) in England and Wales since 2012. In 2012, I was also appointed as an Associate Justice with the Court of Justice of Geneva, Switzerland.Through years of practice, I have acquired extensive experience and notable success in assisting and representing institutional clients before courts and arbitration tribunals. My academic and practicing background further enables me to effectively coordinate judicial and arbitration proceedings in various jurisdictions when representing my clients for cross-border disputes.
