I am currently Director of Operations at Switch, a D2C luxury jewelry and handbag rental company based in Los Angeles.As General Manager / VP with Aramark Cleanroom, I led the turnaround of the Los Angeles facility reversing both zero sales growth and declining margins with 10% YoY revenue growth and 35% YoY profit growth within 24 months. In my first leadership role with P&L responsibility, I led an excelling team in the Durham, NC facility to expand margins by 17% in under 12 months by dramatically reducing operating and labor costs through continual improvement.I am often sought to implement best practices across multiple locations and evaluate a facilities performance.
