Also consolidated existing mall spaces to bring Cheesecake Factory to this same shopping center in 2017.Downsized the Sears at Valley Plaza Mall in Bakersfield, CA in 2017 to welcome H&M to the shopping center and redeveloped the former Sears Auto Center site into 3 new outparcels to add Texas Roadhouse, Blaze Pizza and others.Completed the first Sears downsize of any Seritage joint venture with any mall owner in 2016 at Coronado Center in Albuquerque, NM, creating 29,000 SF more interior mall GLA, 34,000 SF of new exterior facing GLA, and 3 new corner outparcels to replace the former Sears Auto Center, to bring The Container Store, Seasons 52, Pandora, Five Guys and many more to the shopping center.In April 2016, Darden's head of development said of our LongHorn Steakhouse outparcel pad at Coronado Center in Albuquerque, NM that I was the best he has dealt with from the landlord side.In February 2016, Red Robin said that our outparcel pad at Market Place Shopping Center in Champaign, IL was the "best turnover ever."Fully renovated the interior of Southwest Plaza in Littleton, CO in 2014 & 2105.
