Initially responsible for general helpdesk duties, but progressed to server support, project assistance and eventually responsibility for individual projects. Examples of such projects include domain migrations, server consolidation, and the implementations of high performance statistical servers.

Provided customized IT solutions which allowed the dental practice to expand into several remote locations and increase their market penetration. This required the establishment of a 2008 R2 AD domain, Terminal server (RDS), clinic PC replacements and a project which transitioned the business to a completely paperless environment
