Delivered a Managed Print Solution into a complex and large Enterprise. This project has introduced follow-me printing into the new BOQ head office which uses staff access cards to authenticate against devices. This means staff can access their printed material anywhere throughout the building. This will be extended to incorporate all interstate support offices in early 2015. No more "how do I connect to that printer?" for our commuting work force.The branch deployment has proved challenging with practically every branch being a different layout. This has meant considering WH&S issues for our staff on top of ensuring the customer experience is not impacted by the roll out.
