This disaster recovery consultancy is a new and simplified approach to serving the small and mid-sized market.Developed and executed all marketing including brochures, email marketing, a rather complex member website and all contracts. Represented to owners, CEOs, and CIOs… many Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery service providers. Trained those vendors to package their services to enable more sales into the SME market. We developed a freemium web service as a marketing platform to grow the business including three (3) internally owned services – on-call satellite connectivity for phone and internet, emergency alert messaging and AAA Disaster Club (a disaster “concierge” service). This is a recurring revenue modeled business that was acquired.
