From the start of my aviation journey, I’ve channeled this passion and relentless drive for excellence into learning and supporting complex operational groups. I've negotiated multi-million-dollar contracts and claims, resolved complex business challenges by leaning on industry relationships, turned analysis into action, developed a team of exceptional leaders who oversee vendor relationships, and engaged directly with internal and external decision-makers to deliver measurable cost-saving results. Today, I am the Consulting Senior Director of Technical Operations Strategic Initiatives at Hawaiian Airlines. I lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational excellence and drive effective financial decision-making within and on behalf of Technical Operations.
