    Managing Partner
    Vegas Home Advisor 2015 - 2016
    Las Vegas, Nv, Us
We founded Vegas Home Advisor to change the way real estate is bought and sold in Las Vegas. We realized that most real estate agents work as independent contractors and do not belong to a team much less get the support they need from the firm they work for. Instead of letting every agent run around doing their best to find clients and taking a cut of each transaction, we founded Vegas Home Advisor with a team-first mentality. Our teams are built around full-time, professional real estate agents. Each client has access to a dedicated team to help them buy or sell their home. Our team is multi-lingual (English, Spanish, Thai, Russian) and we have team members who specialize in residential, commercial and property management. We also have a dedicated team that manages our investor program for both domestic and foreign investors. In addition to actively engaging in the real estate practice, we directly fund and develop software tools for the Real Estate Space.

  • Perkvine
    Ceo, Founder
    Perkvine 2010 - 2011
Perkvine is a rewards network that was established to give restaurants, caterers and other merchants access to new, high-margin consumers and reward those consumers for their patronage. Simplistically, you can think of Perkvine as a "frequent flyer program" for people who dine out or cater in frequently for work. Perkvine was conceived to combat the negative experiences merchants were having with the existing crop of Review, Rewards, and Deal-of-the-Day websites. After months of research, we discovered that the highest-margin patrons were not being properly targeted, so we created Perkvine to fill this need. Merchants can now realize both an increase in revenue and, for once, an equal or larger increase in profit margins. In short, Merchants get to Pay-For-Performance by investing in a rewards program that brings high-margin patronage into their establishments at the right price and without crippling their cash flow. The real value of the Perkvine model is our focus on professionals who dine out or cater in as part of their business. These professionals are highly networked, share with their peers, and are highly competitive. The Perkvine Rewards Program targets all of these behaviors and puts them to work for Perkvine Merchants.
