Principal author on brief. Mooted arguing partner. • Performed non-patent litigation work including five-day bench trial on insurance fraud matter, contract actions and collections work in Virginia state and federal courts. Practice also included a patent prosecution docket, patent application drafting, and licensing work. Prosecution technology included refrigerators, copiers, displays, electric car batteries, stents, farm implements, and apparatuses for manufacturing semiconductor chips and drying powder.
