Responsible for managing all front-of-house operations in conjunction with the back-of-house in the restaurant during opening, mid and closing shifts. Key responsibilities include coaching, developing and disciplining team members during service, managing the guest experience, overseeing the quality of food and beverages, and supervising the overall restaurant flow and experience on a shift-by-shift basis.

Coordinate and oversee the successful execution of all aspects of a banquet or event, including but not limited to staff scheduling and assignments, set-up, food presentation, serving, and cleanup while focusing on detail, quality presentation and customer service. Responsible for all aspects of supervision of banquet staff including: scheduling, hiring, training, coaching, disciplining and reviewing banquet staff. VIP guest relations.

Supports the company's internal audit activities by managing a complex portfolio of audits and projects primarily in Business Units / Group Offices under Coca-Cola International and GBS locations outside North America. The position is responsible for ensuring that audits and projects are planned, executed, and completed in line with departmental vision and goals. The position is also responsible for ensuring comprehensive audit planning based on financial and operational risk assessments and to ensure the alignment, deployment and management of audit resources as needed to complete the audit plan. The position leads the recruitment of auditors to the CAD international team. The position also manages the development of internal audit staff. The position makes determinations regarding the risk rankings assigned to identified issues and coordinates and communicates with management regarding such issues and subsequent conclusions. The position serves as a resource to management on current and expected internal control issues and leads/participates in various special projects and initiatives.
