Built an integrated North American wide organization while incorporating the acquired STOKO business realizing several MUSD cost savings. Played key role in the core executive team landing a successful exit at high equity gain from UK based private equity ownership. At the time, employed with Deb Group which SC Johnson acquired.

Led commercialization of a new global product range that incorporated 4 sector focused marketing programs with aim to deepen healthcare and industry penetration. Played key role on the core team that achieved a successful carve-out acquisition of the STOKO skin care business from the Germany based Evonik group. At the time, employed with Deb Group which SC Johnson acquired.
