TECHNICAL EXPERIENCEI have spent the past 10 years working in Unified Communications Technical and Support Roles. During that time I have become an experienced UC Engineer across multiple technologies. This is includes Microsoft Teams Voice, Cisco Unified Communications, SIP, and legacy voice technology using a variety of vendors. I am also experienced in the design and implementation of AV and Meeting Room solutions. LEADERSHIP I have been given multiple opportunities during my career to lead teams of people. I have gained valuable experience to confidently lead people using a platform of mutual respect, listening, understanding and a philosophy of excellence. Every team member you encounter is different and knowing what their needs are help us succeed together in achieving customer goals and business strategies.CUSTOMER FOCUSI have 20 years experience in a wide range of customer services roles. From face-to-face front line service in a department store to technical project lead for a large organisations. A different approach is required for every customer. Understanding this allows me to build productive relationships which lead to educated, collaborative decision making.
