At Implement I am pursuing my conviction that data is at the core of most of the digital transformation, which is changing the world. We help clients succesfully change into smart, innovative, customer-centric and automated organizations by exploiting the latest advances in business-driven data management and data activation.Previously I was the head of Deloitte Digital in Denmark, where we were building a full service digital agency delivering digital transformation, customer experience and process automation.Before Deloitte I founded and build Platon, a leading vendor-independent information management consulting firm with 150+ employees and offices in all Scandinavian countries. Platon delivered services in business intelligence, data warehousing, data governance, big data and analytics. In May 2014 Platon was acquired by Deloitte.For 25 years I have dedicated my carrier to a passion for business development through digital and data-driven strategy. I believe that big data is a critical strategic business asset and must be treated as such. Hence I developed my first data warehouse in Unibank (now Nordea) in the early 1990s, and since 1993 I have pursued this believe as a consultant for more than 50 companies in most industries.I hold a masters degree in business administration and computer science from Copenhagen Business School. I have been chairman and speaker at a large number of danish and international conferences.As the founder and CEO of Platon - and through my involvement in other startups - I also have a unique insight into entrepreneurship and the execution of growth strategies.
