Whether it’s working with clientele to understand how I can best serve them, to provide solutions to help their business or developing the newest member of my team, I thrive on helping people. I am an opportunist. I have experience shaking the complacency out of mature organizations, as well as bringing new companies to market. I help CEO’s realize untapped revenue, whether through product development, expanding into new sales channels and markets, or saturating existing biz.My success is driven by my ability to build genuine connections with people at all levels, motivating sales teams to achieve consistently higher levels of success while creating relationships of trust and confidence with clients.I’ve spent the past few years in the packaging industry. My most recent experience comes from the plastics industry, working with LDPE / HDPE polyethylene bags, film, sheeting, and tubing. Prior to that I helped a plant-based compostable packaging (paper stock, PLA, bagasse, Nature Flex) company bring their product to market, here in the U.S. Prior to packaging, my career was immersed in Industrial access hardware (handles, hinges, and latches), as well as sporting goods (scuba diving and outdoor gear). Still industries that are near and dear to my heart.My specialties include leadership, business development, customer relationship management, consultative sales, technical sales, strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting, sales channel development, team development, new program development, process optimization, and performance management.
