- Responsible for the management of global insurance accounts and compliance with regulations including GDPR.- Underwriting of insurance covers ensuring an increased understanding on how insurance policies are analysed and calculated.- Daily communication with various stakeholders regarding technical queries via email, phone and face-to-face requiring me to have an in-depth understanding and technical knowledge of insurance policy wordings ensuring strong attention to detail.- Focal point for all queries arising from overseas colleagues relating to UK accounts. Communication via both phone and email with colleagues whose first language is often not English requiring excellent communication skills.- Timely issuance of policy documentation in accordance with UK regulatory timeframes and in line with data protection regulations.- Responsible for the training and continued mentoring of new staff employed throughout the UK on the use of systems and the processes of the job role, and responsible for their continual development.
