Mike Branca is a seasoned Financial Executive with over 25 years of CFO experience. Mike is currently CFO at A-LIGN Compliance & Security, a leading cybersecurity and compliance solutions provider and a Warburg Pincus / FTV Capital portfolio company. Mike also serves as a Board Member of Riskonnect (a TA Associates portfolio company) and is the Audit Committee Chair and a member of the Compensation Committee.For 25 years, Mike has served as CFO for multiple private equity-owned portfolio companies and public companies. Mike served as the CFO for A-LIGN Compliance & Security (FTV Capital), YourMembership (The Riverside Company), SafeNet (Vector Capital), Numara Software (TA Associates) and Trak Communications (Veritas Capital). At all five Private Equity portfolio companies, Mr. Branca’s tenure was marked by his ability to improve operating margins and cash flow through strong financial leadership and operating frameworks. All five companies were successfully exited, delivering significant value for its shareholders.Mike began his career at IBM Corporation where he spent 13 years in senior financial management positions. The experience at IBM served as a great “foundational phase” of his career.Mike has a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and an MBA from the University of Scranton. While at Cornell, Mike played varsity baseball for the Big Red.
