In addition, Michael made organizational changes adding new headcount skilled in Office 365, Cloud and IT Automation. Successfully hitting revenue and EBITDA targets for the financial year and growing the business 83% YoY.

Contracted from Fireminds as CIO of Media Mine to help the start-up implement their technology stack and mobile apps.

Michael sold Fireminds first cloud system to Ignition, which laid the foundation for Ignition's cloud hosting business and subsequent growth and sale to ACT.

Michael held the role of lead developer for QuoVadis Ltd., an offshore PKI & managed security company based in Bermuda. The company is an authorized Certificate Authority and offers a range of security-related consulting services.Michael was responsible for the development of the certificate authority systems for QuoVadis working closely with the CTO to ensure processing of certificate requests, access to CDPs and aiding with customer integration. Michael also worked closely with the VP Special Operations in new product development and supporting security-related consulting & special projects.Michael was also involved with business development opportunities, meeting with potential clients to assess their needs and nurture relationships.Michael's work in deploying VMware ESX laid the foundation for QuoVadis' cloud, data center and IAAS company. Michael built Bermuda’s first cloud platform in 2005 which now operates as Quovadis Managed Services.

Michael was Senior Enterprise Architect & Head of Merchant Integration for Promisant, a startup company targeting the global, multi-currency transaction market. As a senior member of the technology team, Michael applied his multi-disciplinary skills to a broad range of Promisant's functional areas, across the organization's offices in Bermuda, Atlanta, London & Batley.
