I serve RadioAlabama as Executive Vice President and Morning Show Host. As EVP, I oversee day-to-day operations of our radio network that blankets East Central Alabama. It is my duty to ensure up-to-date news, weather, and sports coverage for the Coosa Valley area online and on-the-air as well as coordinate/executive produce all sports broadcasts. I work closely with the sales and promotions team ensuring they have the right tools to execute sales goals as well as develop techniques to reach our audiences in a new and engaging ways.

As co-founder and developer of Middle Bay Multimedia, I serve as the liaison between clients and their newly formed digital product. Coordinating meetings, product demos, and more, my role with MBM is to ensure the client is happy with every need it might have. I help develop and design iOS and Android applications, websites, while putting my photography and videography skills to work daily.

As founder of Michael Brannon Productions, I shoot and edit weddings, commercials, highlight reels, and slideshows for various clients.

Duties included creating a Facebook Question of the Day, interacting with viewers via several platforms of social media, and delivering the morning’s latest social media news in an engaging way to the viewer. Hosted Pepsi’s UMinute, a weekly promotion on WPMI Local15 (NBC) and its sister station WJTC UTV44 that aired through the Mobile-Pensacola market. Duties included writing, producing, and delivery of weekly entertainment segments, and traveling along the Gulf Coast to advertise for Pepsi.

Served as the spokesperson for Chris Myers Nissan in Daphne, AL. Commercials and radio spots aired throughout the Gulf Coast market.

While interning with BackStory at CNN, duties included proofing show run-downs, cut plans for editing, and extensive social media work on a world-wide basis with access and interaction with viewers on Facebook, Twitter, Skype, YouTube and more. Other duties included filming show segments/Facebook (video) notes, writing, reporting, and working on CNN-specific software.

Worked with local media regarding news events happening at Mobile Christian School. Duties included press releases, documenting school events and sports via photo and video, updating school website, and working with social media such as Twitter, Facebook, and SchoolTube.
