Within this job role, I was assigned with the task of determining and collecting key materials, engineered fabricated equipment, and services for coming projects of ~$7B over 4 years by devising and implementing Materials Assignment Schedule. I was entrusted by the organization to assemble and govern a cross-functional team of various departments, including deployed quality, warehouse and purchasing to improve operational efficiency in support of project schedules. Below enlisted are some of my achievements from this role. • Steered significant efforts in ensuring depth / options for fabrication of complex engineered equipment by rationalizing the current NQA1 supply base. Completed onboard of 15 new key suppliers within first 6 months of fiscal year 2020. • Developed / formulated acquisition strategy documents with keen focus on past learned lessons, key actives, and objectives for major purchased categories to streamline operations in support of the construction execution.
