CurrentMy responsibilities as the Senior Web Software Developer for Rogers Corporation encompass a wide variety of areas including:* Develop and maintain both public and private external websites utilizing server and client side scripting languages, SQL databases and various mobile optimization techniques* Incorporate SEO best practices and provide custom reporting and analytics visualization to various marketing managers dependent on their specific requirements* Develop various marketing campaigns including product/market specific landing pages, e-newsletters, and RSS feeds to key partners* Work with external partners to provide SalesForce CRM integration into all aspects of customer interaction with the ultimate goal of providing true ROI statistics and analysis* Develop customer portals meeting individual business unit and product line requirements* Develop interactive tools for product selection and technical resources based on design calculations and engineering requirements* Support a global sales and marketing team from China, Japan, Korea, Belgium, Germany and the United States including coordination and implementation of language translations and localization for external websites* Develop custom content management systems (CMS) for maintaining content shared across multiple websites and feeding other external systems* Conduct Usability (UX) studies on existing and planned content to determine the most effective page layouts for both usage and informational presentation* Develop and lead group training on a range of topics including website best practices, search engine optimization and usability experience to both internal stakeholders and key external partners* Work with key marketing coordinators to plan and execute global multi-platform marketing initiatives including the use of video, e-newsletters and social media* Manage the development of the corporate intranet and other internal web based applications for use globally
