Provided technical leadership for engineering research and development projects associated with sensors and sensor systems in support of modernization and maintenance efforts.Developed long range plans and associated budgets to accomplish D5 Flight Test Program goals and objectives. Directed technical personnel by providing guidance and vision. Mentored individuals on sensing system technologies, their application to the D5 Flight Test Program, and program management and systems engineering processes.Chairman of the Flight Test Working Group (FTWG), a multi-organization SSP led group tasked with long-range planning and execution of the D5 Flight Test Program. Co-Chairman of the joint United States (US)/United Kingdom (UK) FTWG, a multi-organization group tasked with long-range planning and execution of the UK D5 Flight Test Program. Navy lead member of the Reliance Space Panel, a multi-organization group tasked with long-range sustainment of the Major Range and Test Facility Base (MRTFB) infrastructure in support ofNational Security Space launches and Department of Defense (DoD) Test and Evaluation (T&E) flight test activities.

1) Program Management of Flight Test Instrumentation (FTI) weapon system sensor and sensing systems. I facilitated relationships between multi-disciplinary engineering staff, technical staff, and co-workers to ensure products are provided on schedule to execute Systems Engineering (SE) design refreshes of the sensor and sensing system hardware.2)Program Manager FTI SystemsProvided leadership and guidance for development and execution of the FTI sensor restructure plan. Directed contractor to plan, execute, and deliver to contract requirements on schedule by providing expert technical direction, advising and leadership across the full range of program activities associated with the weapon system testing, data collection, and evaluation of including design and development of sea and shore based telemetry receiving systems, data collection systems, test data reduction and processing techniques.3)Program manager for the Common Missile Compartment program with regards to FTI systemsResponsible for direction and plan creation to support FTI sensor system integration for future submarine flight test programs for the U.S. Navy and UK Royal Navy.4)Contract/Budget Preparation & ExecutionLead execution of a $40 million annual budget for FTI systems to include budgeting and execution of funding to provide cost effective engineering, development of sensor and sensing systems to perform weapons system testing, data collection, and evaluation including design of sea and shore based telemetry receiving systems, data collection systems, test data reduction/processing techniques and associated facilities in support of overall program goals and objectives.
Systems Engineering, Integration And Test General Engineer
Ohio Replacement Program (ORP) Systems EngineerProject Engineer responsible for providing technical direction and program oversight required to manage the Systems Engineering, Integration and Test (SEIT) tasks related to Missile branch tasking for the ORP. Provide management to deliver SEIT tasks on schedule with the correct technical rigor. Also provide leadership to multi-disciplinary engineering staff, technical staff, and co-workers to ensure products are provided on schedule to meet overall program objectives.TRIDENT II D5LE System Safety LeadResponsible for the execution of the LE addendum of the Missile System Safety Program Plan (SSPP) on operational and developmental activities covered within the LE developmental contract. Duties include holding the required safety reviews, interfacing with SP2012 and providing SP2012 with all data and material required per SSPINST 5100.1.SPRDE-SE LEVEL III certified
