Responsible for designing and incorporating SIP-based technologies to enable signaling and RTP transport across the network. • Executed successful design, installation, configuration and validation for Hosted IP Centrex product suite. Performed troubleshooting and system testing in order to satisfy business requirements.• Managed service provider implementations on site in Singapore and China and throughout North America. Provided product training to engineering teams and facilitated integration into existing operational systems.

• Provided pre and post sales engineering support for worldwide sales team. Performed product demonstrations and on-site technical support for potential clients in the Americas, Europe and Asia.• Participated in RFP/RFI process for potential customers. Conducted product training for both clients and new team members. • Coordinated development efforts to implement a new media gateway into the Openwave IP Voicemail environment. Able to identify and resolve key issues with software port. Effectively identified all system issues allowing development to meet code deadlines and customer trial requirements.• Worked as key technical expert for initial trial installation of IP Voicemail solution. Installed solution in service provider lab environment using SIP based media servers, softswitches, phones and proxy servers. • Participated in large-scale deployment of Cisco Unified Messaging (UM) system to support 300,000 subscribers. Directly involved with all aspects of planning thru system deployment including: sizing of hardware and network components, implementation of UM platform into existing provisioning, operations, and billing systems and management of customer feedback.• Created new automated server deployment and configuration methods to reduce manual configuration errors and installation timeframes across a large number of servers. Methods and processes created shortened overall installation and configuration time across 160 servers that exceeded tight integration timelines.

• Managed technical environment during design, development and deployment of large-scale business tax system for the State of Vermont. Procured, installed and configured all software and hardware components relating to tax system. Provided post deployment technical system support.
