Stanford University School of Medicine is a premier research-intensive medical school that improves health through leadership, diversity, and a collaborative approach to discovery and innovation in patient care, education, and research. As the Executive Director of Process Excellence, I lead the School's process improvement and change management program. I collaborate with School, department leaders, and the Office of Chief Operating Officer leadership team to align process and operational excellence initiatives within the School's mission, goals and strategies. My roles initially focuses on process improvement efforts that optimize the School's operational support for a growing and increasingly complex research portfolio.
