It had revenue of $80 million, 500 employees and a customer base of 600,000 in 1995 before being forced into receivership due to financing issues.In a newly-created position reporting to the CFO, I was responsible for annual and ad-hoc financial forecasts - including over 25 forecasts specifically prepared for potential investors ; managed the annual and quarterly planning process covering 20 separate departments; and prepared the monthly financial report to STN Board of Directors.I initiated, designed, developed and implemented new PC-based business planning models for first-ever annual Budgeting process ; developed, implemented and prepared the analysis and review of monthly expenditure reports for the 20 corporate departments.
