Key interface and coordinator between distribution, manufacturing, customer service, transportation and IT services. Scoped and implemented new WMS for start-up facility.

Directed personnel in day-to-day activities in 200k sq.ft. distribution center to meet prescribed customer service and operational commitments. Trained and developed associates to improve department output and accuracy. Maintained inventory control of 10 story high rise AS/RS unit. Implemented Chep pallet and pallet exchange program for facility yielding annual savings of $150k.

Directed logistics planning for large consumer catalog promotion with over 7M orders with distribution of 30M+ merchandise items with a total inventory value of $500M. Set up distribution and call center utilizing an obsolete manufacturing operation to handle fulfillment. Managed inventory and distribution planning from six packaging suppliers and all outbound DTC fulfillment.
