• Work with field resources and the HQ marketing team to build a quarterly plan defining targeted goals, activities, commitments and KPIs.• Develop and implement demand and lead generation programs Nationally.• Support event planning as needed, integrating HQ resources & capabilities such as digital marketing into the planning process for maximum impact.• Provide guidance to HQ marketing team on customizing content to address the unique demands of each regional market.• Gather ongoing feedback on effectiveness of communication and information flowing into the field from HQ and work with HQ communications manager to drive continuous improvement.• When needed, use basic design and editing skills to create new content within the bounds of brand guidelines, messaging framework and brand voice.• Provide support for training and rollout of HQ marketing related initiatives such as social media and thought leadership to insure understanding, adoption, and success.• Act as a partner to sales teams and leaders, participating, as needed, in joint planning sessions to ensure alignment.• Analyze regional market trends and competitive landscapes to better adapt marketing strategies as required.• Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs. Provide quarterly report-out of activities and results, including relevant lessons-learned or adjustments needed going forward.
