In January 2016, Michael was appointed as Senior Enterprise Architect ‐ Security in the newly created Strategy, Architecture and Planning team. In this role his key accountability was to provide security architecture expertise to the shared services areas with specific focus on the transformation programs of Cloud, Workplace and Network. In addition to covering the security architecture across these key areas, as a result of his passion, experience, knowledge and skills across the client environment, Michael has also taken on the role as the technical architect for the delivery of the Windows 10 based Workplace environment. In this he has led the implementation of a seamless security capability built into the Windows 10 environment that has significantly raised the security posture whilst not impacting the overall user experience.
